Warranty Coverage

Frame Warranty: We offer a limited one-year warranty on all eyeglass and sunglass frames against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. This warranty covers issues such as structural defects and manufacturing flaws.
Lens Warranty: Our lenses come with a one-year warranty against defects, including anti-reflective coating and other lens enhancements. This warranty covers defects that affect the visual performance of the lenses.

Exclusions

This warranty policy DOES NOT cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care.
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches on lenses or frames.
• Prescription changes or adjustments.
• Loss or theft of eyewear.
• Changes in lens coatings due to exposure to extreme temperatures or environmental conditions.

• Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your claim and guide you on the next steps, which may include returning the product for inspection.
• Resolution: We will work diligently to resolve your warranty claim promptly, which may involve repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and the terms of the warranty
